The Construction Materials Price Index recorded an increase of 1.28% during the January–November 2025 period, compared with the corresponding period of 2024.

According to data released on Thursday by the Statistical Service of Cyprus, the index stood at 118.63 points in November 2025 (base year 2021=100), marking a decrease of 0.34% compared with the previous month.

On an annual basis, compared with November 2024, the index rose by 1.16%.

By main product category, increases were recorded in minerals (3.65%), mineral products (3.01%), and wood products, insulation materials, chemicals and plastics (1.44%), while decreases were observed in electromechanical items (-1.61%) and metal products (-0.99%).
