NNA - The indoor basketball court at the Republican Guard Brigade - Baabda Palace was transformed into a scene of joy this morning as more than 500 children of employees of the General Directorate of the Presidency and the Republican Guard Brigade gathered to celebrate with President General Joseph Aoun and First Lady Nehmat Aoun the gift distribution ceremony marking Christmas and New Year.

President Aoun and the First Lady wished the children and their families who accompanied them a Merry Christmas and continued success.

Souvenir photos were taken before the children received their gifts from "Santa Claus," and then they participated in a cocktail reception for the occasion.
