The Campari group said Thursday that it has reached an agreement to sell two of its liqueur brands, the Averna 'amaro' and the Zedda Piras 'mirto' drink, to Illva Saronno Holding for 100 million euros.
Illva Saronno Holding already owns the Disaronno amaretto brand and Sicilian wines Florio and Duca di Salaparuta.
Campari said the operation is expected to be closed by the middle of 2026.
