Lisbon, Nov. 21, 2025 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed lower on Friday, with the PSI index falling 1.18% to 8,055.53 points, in a Europe with no clear trend.
Of the 16 companies included in the benchmark PSI (Portuguese Share Index), 11 fell and five rose.
Semapa led the declines, falling 3.43% to €16.32.
Also noteworthy were Galp, which fell 3.18% to €17.50, EDP Renováveis, which fell 2.25% to €11.29, Teixeira Duarte, which lost 2.03% to €0.68, and BCP, which fell 1.76% to €0.78.
Among the declines, Mota-Engil fell 1.56% to €4.99, CTT fell 1.12% to €7.07, and Jerónimo Martins fell 1.10% to €21.56.
REN (€3.31), Altri (€4.44) and EDP (€3.76) fell by less than 1%.
In the opposite direction, Corticeira Amorim led the gains, rising 2.30% to €6.67, followed by Sonae SGPS, which grew 1.51% to €1.48.
Ibersol (€10.40), NOS (€3.69) and Navigator (€2.93) rose less than 1%.
Elsewhere in Europe, the main indexes in Madrid fell 1.04% and Frankfurt 0.80%, while London rose 0.13% and Paris 0.02%.
