World number 116 Elisabetta Cocciaretto knocked out number three seed Jessica Pegula of the USA in their first-round match at Wimbledon Tuesday.
    The 24-year-old from Fermo in Marche beat the world number three 6-2 6-3 in just 58 minutes.
