Lisbon, Feb. 9, 2026 (Lusa) - Sunday's second round of the presidential elections, in which Socialist António Seguro won two-thirds of the vote, clearly defeating his far-right opponent, is the only story on the front pages this Monday, apart from the floods that have swept the country for the past 10 days.
