NNA - Dozens of protesters from public education leagues and retired military personnel on Thursday gathered outside the Lebanese Parliament as lawmakers convened to debate the state budget. 

The demonstrators blocked the road leading toward Beirut Municipality, protesting living conditions and demanding action on their social and financial rights.
