APS - New AAPI magazine "Investment.dz" to serve as strategic tool for investors

ALGIERS- The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) has launched a biannual magazine titled "Investment.dz." The publication is dedicated to promoting Algeria's business climate and highlighting investment opportunities and economic developments to serve investors, economic operators, and the Agency's partners.

Published in Arabic and English, the magazine supports the national investment drive by providing a comprehensive overview of the Algerian business environment and the legal framework governing investment. It also features in-depth analyses of major reforms and provides a perspective on the Agency's role in implementing national investment policy.

The publication tracks the Agency's activities and investment news at both the national and international levels. By offering expert analyses on key issues affecting the national economy, it serves as a strategic tool for decision-makers and investors.

In the editorial of the inaugural issue, AAPI Director General Omar Rekkache stated that the magazine "is not just a media outlet, but a true partner for investors, offering them reliable information, in-depth analysis, and specialized reports."

He emphasized that it "aims to establish itself as a reference point and a vital link between investors and the Algerian economy."

The first issue features a central dossier on the legal framework governing investment in Algeria, highlighting specific incentives while providing an overview of major reforms and the Agency's evolving role.

This issue also includes a detailed article on the High National Commission for Investment Appeals, which was established to strengthen investor protection and accelerate dispute resolution.

Additionally, the magazine covers strategic topics such as cooperation between Algeria and the European Union (EU), seawater desalination projects, and food security initiatives particularly major grain storage projects currently underway.
