Lisbon, Dec. 5, 2025 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed lower on Friday, with the PSI index falling 0.49% to 8,198.25 points, in a mostly negative Europe.
Of the 16 companies included in the benchmark PSI (Portuguese Share Index), 10 fell, five rose and Ibersol remained unchanged at €10.05.
Leading the declines was Teixeira Duarte, which fell 1.45% to €0.68.
Other major declines included Mota-Engil, which lost 1.40% to €4.63, Galp, which fell 1.33% to €17.47, EDP Renováveis, which fell 1.10% to €11.69, and REN, which fell 1.07% to €3.24.
Declines of less than 1% were seen in EDP (€3.85), BCP (€0.85), Navigator (€3.08), Jerónimo Martins (€20.08) and Altri (€4.53).
In the opposite direction, CTT led the gains, rising 2.24% to €7.31, followed by Semapa, which rose 1.54% to €17.14.
Sonae SGPS (€1.56), Corticeira Amorim (€6.59) and NOS (€3.78) rose by less than 1%.
Elsewhere in Europe, the main indexes in London fell 0.45%, Madrid 0.35% and Paris 0.09%, while Frankfurt rose 0.61%.
