TIRANA, August 6/ATA/ Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja reminded today through a post in the social media that the National Museum of Photography “Marubi” has staged the special exhibition “The Lost Bazaar of Shkodra: Refreshing a Memory”.

In this exhibition, there is put on display for the first time the collection of Palokë Laca, an early merchant of Shkodra, whose artifacts were kept in the archives of the Museum of Ethnography in Budapest.

Paolo Lazza or Palokë Laca had sold about 300 objects such as Albanian jewelry and clothing to the department of the National Museum of Ethnography in Budapest. Director of the “Marubi” Luçjan Bedeni by himself and Curator of the exhibition Kim Knopper were engaged in the detailed research of this figure.
