Ferrari said Thursday that it has extended Team Principal Fred Vasseur's contract.
The French engineer took over Formula One's glamour team in 2023 and there had been talk of his job being in danger earlier this year.
Ferrari do not look set to end their long title drought this season as they are 268 points behind leaders McLaren in the constructors' championship, while Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton are fifth and sixth respectively in the drivers' standings.
The team said Vasseur has signed a new "multiple-year contract".
"I'm grateful for the trust Ferrari continues to place in me," said Vasseur, 57.
"This renewal is not just a confirmation — it's a challenge to keep progressing, to stay focused, and to deliver.
"Over the past 30 months, we've laid strong foundations, and now we must build on them with consistency and determination.
"We know what's expected, and we're all fully committed to meeting those expectations and taking the next step forward together".
