Lisbon, July 3, 2025 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed higher today, with the PSI index rising 1.60% to 7,754.57 points, with Jerónimo Martins standing out, up 3.79%.
Among the 15 companies listed on the PSI, 13 rose and two adjusted.
Jerónimo Martins led the gains, rising 3.79% to €22.98.
Other notable gains included EDP Renováveis, which rose 3.20% to €10.32, Sonae SGPS, which rose 2.08% to €1.28, Corticeira Amorim, which rose 1.49% to €8.18, CTT, which rose 1.34% to €7.57, Semapa, which expanded 1.28% to €17.36, BCP, which added 1.24% to €0.67, and Galp, which rose 1.16% to €16.17.
EDP (€3.81), REN (€3.06), Mota-Engil (€3.93), Ibersol (€9.76) and Navigator (€3.31) each rose by less than 1%.
NOS led the declines, falling 0.26% to €3.90, and Altri followed, falling 0.20% to €5.02.
Elsewhere in Europe, Madrid rose 0.98%, Frankfurt 0.61%, London 0.55% and Paris 0.21%.
