Lisbon, June 24, 2025 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed higher on Tuesday, with the PSI index rising 0.57% to 7,452.08 points, in line with the rest of Europe.
Of the 15 companies listed on the PSI, 13 rose and two fell.
Leading the gains was Mota-Engil, which rose 3.91% to €3.72.
Among the main rises were BCP, which rose 2.83% to €0.67, Sonae SGPS, which rose 2.21% to €1.20, “CTT rose 1.67% to €7.29, Altri gained 1.23% to €4.93, Ibersol rose 1.07% to €9.44 and NOS added 1.06% to €3.81.”
Semapa (€16.32), EDP Renováveis (€9.77), Jerónimo Martins (€21.06), Navigator (€3.28), Corticeira Amorim (€7.80) and EDP (€3.70) all posted gains of less than 1%.
On the other hand, Galp led the declines, falling 2.69% to €15.22, followed by REN, which fell 1.45% to €3.05.
Elsewhere in Europe, Frankfurt rose 1.60%, Madrid 1.41%, Paris 1.04% and London 0.01%.
