Lisbon, March 24, 2025 (Lusa) - The Lisbon stock market closed down on Monday, with the PSI index falling 0.35% to 6,773.88 points, in line with the main European stock markets.
Of the 15 shares that are included in the benchmark PSI (Portuguese Stock Market Index), 10 fell and five rose.
Leading the declines was EDP Renováveis, which fell 2.50% to €7.98.
Among the main losers were Altri, which fell 1.77% to €6.12, and NOS, which fell 1.04% to €4.26.
With drops of less than 1% were Mota-Engil (€3.33), EDP (€3.10), Corticeira Amorim (€8.00), Sonae SGPS (€1.02), REN (€2.65), Galp (€15.41) and Navigator (€3.24).
In the opposite direction, Semapa led the way, gaining 1.96% to €15.60.
Also noteworthy were BCP, which rose 1.21% to €0.55, and Ibersol, which advanced 1.15% to €8.80.
With gains of less than 1% were CTT (€7.39) and Jerónimo Martins (€19.29).
In the rest of Europe, Paris fell by 0.26%, Madrid by 0.20%, Frankfurt by 0.17% and London by 0.10%.
