Rabat - February 13, 2025 - (MAP) - A delegation of international donors from the Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF) is visiting Morocco from Feb. 11 to 14 to evaluate the impact of its development initiatives and explore new areas of cooperation.
The mission, focused on the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, aims to assess the progress of the Inclusive Rural Growth Project, a $112 million initiative financed by the LLF.
The visit includes high-level meetings in Rabat with Moroccan officials to review the state of collaboration and discuss future partnerships.
During a press briefing, Zahira El Marzouki, Director of Relations with the Middle East at the Gates Foundation, emphasized that the mission seeks to evaluate the on-the-ground impact of LLF-funded projects, which aim to strengthen rural resilience and improve healthcare services.
