Lecce were held to a goalless draw at home by relegation-battle rivals Genoa on Sunday, while Cagliari came from behind to beat bottom side Monza 2-1 away and boost their survival hopes thanks to goals by Nadir Zortea and Roberto Piccoli.
    Genoa are 13th with 20 points from 19 games, while Cagliari and Lecce are fourth-bottom and third-bottom respectively with 17 points each.
    Monza have 10 points.
