Lisbon, Nov. 20, 2024 (Lusa) - The main index of the Lisbon stock market (PSI) ended Wednesday's trading session down 0.10% to 6,353.00 points, with Mota-Engil leading the declines for the second day running.
This was the stock market's third consecutive session in negative territory. Of the 15 benchmark PSI (Portuguese Stock Index) shares, five rose, nine fell and one remained unchanged.
Mota-Engil fell 3.33% to €2.44 and, among the risers, Jerónimo Martins advanced 1.90% to €17.74.
EDP Renováveis dropped 1.30% to €10.65, Navigator fell 1.24% to €3.66 and Ibersol fell 1.08% to €7.30.
Among the listed companies with devaluations of less than 1%, Semapa fell 0.98% to €14.08, EDP 0.26% to €3.41 and Galp 0.22% to €15.60.
In the opposite direction, NOS advanced 1.01% to €3.49, CTT rose 0.45% to €4.43, Corticeira Amorim gained 0.25% to €8.09 and Sonae added 0.11% to €0.93.
BCP, the only bank included in the PSI, ended the session unchanged at €0.44.
In the rest of Europe, Paris fell 0.43%, Milan and Frankfurt dropped 0.29%, London fell 0.17% and Madrid recorded a slight increase of 0.01%.
