SHUSHA (Azerbaijan) 22 Juil 2024 - Algeria Press Service signed Monday in Shusha, Azerbaijan, a cooperation agreement with the Azeri government news agency AZERTAC, to strengthen their cooperation in news, exchange of media content and expertise.

The agreement was signed by APS General Manager Samir Gaid and AZERTAC Chairman of the Board Vugar Aliyev, in a ceremony held on the sidelines of the second Shusha Media Global Forum being held in Shusha, in the east of Azerbaijan (July 20-22).
Under the agreement, the two agencies will exchange news content of interest to both countries and mutually provide access to their respective news content, with the right to use multimedia content (photos, videos, computer graphics).
The Forum of Shusha, attended by the General Manager of Algeria Press Service, alongside the managers of other news agencies and information and communication officers working with official bodies from about fifty countries, addresses topics relating to the fight against fake news and disinformation in open sources.
