ALGIERS — More than 2,000 exhibitors, including companies from the African continent and around the world, will showcase their products and services during the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF), scheduled from September 4 to 10, 2025 in Algiers, according to a statement from the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), the event’s organizer.
Themed “Gateway to New Opportunities,” IATF 2025 is expected to attract over 35,000 visitors from more than 140 countries worldwide, according to the press release, which anticipates trade and investment deals exceeding USD44 billion during the week-long event.
The fair will see participation from heads of state and government, along with ministers of trade, finance, culture and other ministries, as well as industry leaders, the same source noted.
IATF2025's key events will feature a trade exhibition, a four-day trade and investment forum with speakers from Africa and beyond, and a showcase of the African automotive industry, according to the press release.
Special Days will be devoted to countries as well as public and private entities to present trade and investment opportunities, according to Afreximbank, stressing that tourist and cultural attractions are also planned in the event program which includes a Day dedicated to the diaspora in order to highlight the commercial and cultural links between Africa and its communities abroad.
