NNA - The Higher Relief Commission on Wednesday announced in a statement the arrival of a donation from the Kingdom of Sweden via Turkish Airlines, consisting of 1,000 emergency kits with a total weight of 687 kilograms.

The shipment was accompanied by a team from the Swedish police and was received at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport in the presence of a delegation from the Higher Relief Commission, as well as Brigadier General Izzat Khatib, the representative of the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, along with officers from the Internal Security Forces.

After the handover process, the Higher Relief Commission delivered the donation to the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces, in preparation for its distribution according to  proper procedures.
