Lisbon, April 13, 2026 (Lusa) – Portugal's post office, banking and courier group, CTT, has announced a boost to its presence in the Spanish outsourcing market through the creation of Newspring Iberia, a significant step in its Iberian expansion strategy.

Newspring Iberia, a subsidiary of Newspring Services, is an outsourcing firm focused on providing contact centre and business process outsourcing services, aiming to introduce CTT's established expertise and experience in this sector to the Spanish market.

The group said that the move aligns with CTT’s broader strategy to become a leading partner for businesses across multiple geographies while reinforcing its international footprint.

The operation involves a multilingual team supporting major companies, with services offered in Spanish, English, and Mandarin.

Newspring Services has been part of the CTT group since 2021, being responsible for providing technical back-office services, consultancy and logistical support for consultancy, technology, document processing, and production activities.

Its portfolio also includes mortgage operations, the provision of services to technology firms, and technical and commercial support.
