Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku risks being dropped from Napoli's squad after failing to return to the club on Tuesday along with the other players not busy with their national teams during the international break.
    The 32-year-old, who has missed most of the season with a thigh problem, was called up by Belgium Coach Rudi Garcia for friendlies against the United States and Mexico but Garcia did not keep him with the squad because of a physical problem.
    But instead of returning to Naples last week, Lukaku stayed in Belgium, saying he would get treatment for a hip-muscle inflammation there.
    The decision irked the Serie A champions, who reportedly gave him an ultimatum to get back to Naples by Tuesday or face the consequences.
