The only green star that distinguishes sustainable cuisine is the educational restaurant at the Macau University of Tourism, which serves Macanese cuisine.
To date, the Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau has awarded 98 restaurants a Michelin star, 77 in Hong Kong and 21 in Macau.
The awards ceremony was held at the Grand Lisboa Palace, a resort owned by SJM Resorts.
