TIRANA, Nov 17 /ATA/ Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, said on Monday that opening the final cluster of the negotiations with the European Union concludes a cycle of efforts and opens up a new horizon of challenges and opportunities.
Spiropali emphasized that with each chapter opened, Albania is writing a new page in its European history—not merely as an aspiration, but as a reality in the making.
“This marks the zenith of a decade-long journey of committed work, courageous reforms, and relentless dedication to building an Albania grounded on robust democratic governance, sustainable socio-economic development, and justice and welfare for all,” she said.
Spiropali assured that “we will not falter until our flag is represented at the European table, for Albania, for Europe, and for the Balkans. We stand ready to meet the challenges and carry out the tasks ahead of us to conclude the negotiations by 2027. Albania will not be deterred.”
