Italy is enjoying another bumper year for tourism, according to a study by Demoskopika prepared for the TTG Travel Experience fair in Rimini that ANSA has had a sneak preview of.
It said Italy's tourism sector is set to host 146.3 million arrivals in 2025 and register nearly 476.8 million overnight stays, up by 4.7% and 2.3% respectively on last year.
It estimated that direct tourist spending in Italy will total 135 billion euros this year.
