Greece's dynamic wine-producing profile will dominate the Xinghuacun 2025 International Spirits Expo, one of China's most important spirits exhibitions. The expo, which runs from September 29 to October 1, is hosted at the modern 50,000-square-metre Baijiu International Trade Centre in Fenyang City, Shanxi Province.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Expo, Greek Ambassador to China Dr. Evgenios Kalpyris described the competitive advantages of the Greek Food & Beverage sector as the high quality of products, the strength of the Greek brand and their organised promotion in international markets.
"Over the past decade, Greek food and beverage exports have set successive records. In sophisticated consumer markets around the world, Greek foods and beverages have become synonymous with high quality. The exhibition we are inaugurating today will provide an opportunity for exceptional Greek wines and spirits to enhance their visibility and recognition among the Chinese consumer public," the ambassador added.
