Tunis, August 30 (TAP)– The 19th Congress of the Tunisian Family Medicine Society (STMF) will take place on October 4-5 in Tunis. 

The event is geared towards general practioniers, sepecialised doctors, nurses, paramedical personnel and medical students.  

It is an opportunity for participants to enrich their practice and gain further skills to develop family medecine in Tunisia.

Progress in parimary health care will be at the core of this edition. Plenary conferences on the management of Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular protection, sleep disorders, the Irritable Bowel Syndrome,  etc, are on the agenda.  

Interactive practical workshops on geriatric urinary incontinence, urological emergencies, mesotherapy, oxygen therapy and paediatric dermatology are also scheduled.
