ALGIERS-An official delegation from the People’s National Assembly (lower house of parliament) is paying a visit, from August 23 to 28, to the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN), at the invitation of the president of this regional parliamentary instance, based in Guatemala City, the lower house said in a press release.
