ZAGREB, 27 May (Hina) - To mark its 10th anniversary, the Museum of Illusions, which has grown from a local concept into a global phenomenon, is launching its first Festival of Illusions.
The festival will take place from 26 to 29 June on Zagreb’s European Square, featuring a vibrant programme for all ages and announcing a pop-up tour across Croatian cities.
Today, the Museum of Illusions is celebrating a decade of existence as a global brand originally founded in Croatia. It now operates over 60 museums worldwide, across 26 countries and four continents, with 20 million visitors, the museum stated.
It is the largest chain of private museums in the world, managed by the Croatian company Metamorfoza, based in Zagreb. All the illusions and exhibits are created in Oroslavje, northern Croatia, where a research and development team designs them for locations around the globe.
The Festival of Illusions celebrates curiosity, play, and perception. Visitors can look forward to educational and fun workshops for children, illusionist Luka Vidović’s magic show, theatre performances, quizzes, and interactive installations.
