ALGIERS-Algeria aims to make a total success on all fronts of the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) which will be held from September 4 to 10 in Algiers, a major continental event that should enable the country to reinforce its position as a driving force for development across Africa.

Six months from D-day, preparations for the IATF, which will be held under the slogan “A gateway to new opportunities,” are intensifying with the aspiration to make this edition the most important since its launch in 2018 in terms of participation, impact, and commercial partnership and investment agreements to be realised.

The country’s high authorities give great importance to the success of this 4th edition, especially as it will constitute an opportunity for Algeria to reaffirm its place as a development engine in the continent and its active role for African economic integration.

In this respect, the organizers expect the participation of more than 2000 exhibitors from 140 countries and hosting more than 35,000 professional visitors, with projections to conclude commercial and investment agreements of more than 44 billion dollars during this biennial event.
