NNA - The Lebanese Army Command said it received 47 Humvee vehicles and five trucks at Beirut Port on September 29, 2026, as part of US assistance programs for the military.

In a statement issued by the Army Command’s Guidance Directorate, the military said the donation was intended to strengthen its operational capabilities and enhance unit readiness.

The statement added that the assistance reflects US authorities’ support for the Lebanese Army and their confidence in its role in maintaining security and stability in Lebanon.
