Bologna said Thursday that they have parted company with coach Vincenzo Italiano by mutual consent.
    Italiano had been in charge of Bologna for two seasons and led them to victory in the Italian Cup last year.
    They came eighth in Serie A and reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League in the season that has just ended.
    He has been linked to the vacant job at Napoli, following Antonio Conte's departure.
    The former Fiorentina boss has also been linked to AC Milan, who sacked Massimiliano Allegri after a slump in form saw them fail to qualify for next season's Champions League.
