ATA - Free public internet in key public spaces in Tirana

TIRANA, March 21 /ATA/ Key public spaces in Tirana now feature free public internet access.  This is part of the WiFi4WB project, an initiative that aims to increase digital access for citizens.

According to the Delegation of the European Union to Albania, free public internet is now also available in the capital, at the New Bazaar and Skanderbeg Square.

This initiative is part of the EU4Digital project, funded by the European Union with a contribution from the German Government, implemented by GIZ.

It is being gradually rolled out across 61 municipalities and 73 public areas throughout Albania, making free internet more accessible to citizens. /e.xh/ /a.g/p.s./
