NNA - Minister of Education & Higher Education, Dr. Rima Karami, will conduct a field tour on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., accompanied by Information Minister, Dr. Paul Morcos, and Minister of State for Administrative Reform, Dr. Fadi Makki, to highlight the urgent educational and humanitarian needs in Lebanon under the current circumstances.

The tour includes visits to Zahia Salman High School and Dr. Sobhi Saleh Public School in Beirut, both of which are hosting displaced families, to assess the state of the education sector and the pressures it is facing, as several schools have been turned into shelters for the displaced.

The tour also aims to convey to the international community a direct picture of the challenges Lebanon is confronting, amplify the voices of affected families and students, and underline the urgent need for international support to address the country’s educational and humanitarian needs.
