Charles Leclerc said he was confident Ferrari are moving in the right direction after Friday's free practice sessions ahead of Sunday's season-opening Formula 1 Grand Prix in Australia.
    Leclerc clocked the fastest time in the first session, followed by his team mate Lewis Hamilton.
    In the second session Hamilton produced the fourth-best time and Leclerc the fifth-best one.
    "We're especially happy about the way we've worked," Leclerc told Sky television.
    "I haven't heard anyone on the team say, 'we're satisfied with what we've done,' because there's still so much work to be done.
    "But looking back at last season, yes, I'm satisfied, although everything is new, and there's still a lot to learn.
    "My feeling is that, at the moment, we are the second or third force, along with Red Bull and McLaren, with Mercedes ahead of everyone".
