HINA - Zagreb to host World Education Fair

ZAGREB, 3 March (Hina) - The 17th edition of the World Education Fair will take place on 7 March at Zagreb's Hotel International, bringing together around 50 educational institutions from 16 countries. Visitors to the fair will be able to learn about their programmes and offerings.

Representatives from high schools, universities, and other educational institutions from Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the UK, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States will attend.

Organisers note that financial affordability and return on investment in education remain key considerations for families planning study abroad. Alongside financial factors, reputation, academic excellence, safety, and quality of life influence students' choices, making Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and the Czech Republic increasingly popular among Croatian students.

In addition to university programmes, visitors can learn about language camps, summer schools, and private high schools abroad.

Exchange programmes, particularly in the United States, Spain, Ireland, and Scandinavian countries, allow students to spend a semester or school year abroad, living with host families and attending local schools.

The fair will also feature panels on strategic enrolment planning, the role of parents in decision-making, and pursuing a master's degree as the next step in academic development. Participants will receive practical advice on applications, essay writing, and planning finances and careers.

The fair is organised by IntegralEdu, an advisory agency for studying abroad active in Croatia since 2015. IntegralEdu partners with over 500 institutions across 30 countries in Europe and the United States and provides tailored educational solutions.
