Rabat -28 mars 2023-(MAP)- Le président du Conseil Supérieur de l'Education, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique (CSEFRS), Habib El Malki a lancé, lundi à Rabat, la session de formation sur l'étude "Thales 2024", avec la participation de responsables régionaux concernés par l'expérience de terrain de différentes académies régionales d'éducation et de formation, et des membres de l'équipe de l'étude issus du Conseil.
Selon un communiqué du Conseil, le Maroc participe pour la première fois à l'étude internationale sur l'enseignement et l'apprentissage, "Thales 2024", qui est menée par l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques, en collaboration avec l'Autorité nationale d'évaluation relevant du CSEFRS et le ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de Préscolaire et des Sports.
Dans une allocution, M. El Malki a souligné la grande importance de cette étude internationale, vu les données précises qu'elle fournit et qui peuvent être exploitées dans l’élaboration des politiques publiques liées à la réforme du système éducatif, en particulier celles relatives à l’amélioration des performances professionnelles des enseignants et la promotion de l'exercice de cette profession, conformément aux exigences de la loi-cadre n° 51.17, de la vision stratégique de la réforme et la feuille de route 2022-2026.
Le président du CSEFRS a mis en avant les rôles centraux et fondamentaux de l'enseignant, et de toutes les pratiques associées qu’il adopte pour hisser le rendement des élèves et développer le système éducatif dans son ensemble, appelant tous les participants à ce conclave à s'impliquer davantage pour que cette étude soit un succès, en veillant notamment à l’encouragement des différents acteurs pour une participation positive et une implication effective.
Selon le communiqué, cette étude internationale vise à examiner les caractéristiques des enseignants et des institutions, les pratiques des enseignants, l'environnement des classes, l'importance du leadership pédagogique, ainsi que les types d'enseignement à travers l'évaluation et la rétroaction corrective.
L'étude comprend également une nouvelle unité consistant en un Teacher Knowledge Survey (TKS, formulaire des connaissances de l’enseignant) pour l'enseignement secondaire : les enseignants étant spécialisés dans les connaissances pédagogiques, leurs connaissances reflètent dans une large mesure leurs méthodes d’enseignement et la façon d’apprentissage de leurs élèves.
D’après la même source, le benchmark international des pays participants permet d'identifier les pays confrontés à des défis similaires et d'apprendre de différentes approches de politiques nationales d’éducation.
Les directeurs et les professeurs présenteront des informations sur les questions d'enseignement et d'apprentissage telles que la formation et l'apprentissage professionnels, les pratiques professionnelles et éducatives, les perceptions professionnelles, en plus des questions contemporaines des systèmes éducatifs telles que la diversité et l'équité, l'apprentissage social et émotionnel des élèves et les utilisations de la technologie.
