CNA - وفد من مجموعة دول مجلس أوروبا لمكافحة الفساد يزور قبرص

ذكر بيان صحفي صادر عن مجلس أوروبا، أن وفداً من مجموعة دول مجلس أوروبا لمكافحة الفساد سيزور قبرص يومي 7 و 8 شباط / فبراير 2019، في سياق الجولة الرابعة لمجموعة دول مجلس أوروبا الخاصة بإجراءات الامتثال لمكافحة الفساد وما يتعلق بالادعاءات المتعلقة بإقامة العدل في قبرص.

ووفقاً للبيان أنه في إطار الجولة الرابعة، فإن المجموعة تراقب حالياً امتثال قبرص لمعايير مجلس أوروبا لمكافحة الفساد المتعلقة بالسلطة القضائية. سيتم في هذه الجولة أيضاً تقييم التدابير الرامية إلى منع الفساد المتعلق بالبرلمانيين والمدعين العامين.

وتشمل توصيات المجموعة تدابير التضارب المحتمل للمصالح في الجهاز القضائي القبرصي، وكذلك تعزيز إطاره الأخلاقي ونزاهته.
