Generali's gross premiums in the first nine months rose to €73.1 billion (+3.7%), thanks to growth in P&C (+7.2%), while Life net inflows increased to €10.4 billion, the Trieste based insurance giant said Thursday.
Operating profit grew strongly to €5.9 billion (+10.1%), driven by the excellent performance of P&C (+23.9%).
Normalized net profit rose to €3.3 billion (+14%) thanks to strong operating performance.
Net profit amounted to €3,215 million, up from €2,962 million in the first nine months of 2024, which reflected the capital gain on the sale of Tua Assicurazioni (€58 million net of taxes).
