Six-time grand slam winner Carlos Alcaraz of Spain has re-overtaken four-time slam winner Jannik Sinner of Italy as world tennis number one.
    Sinner's points for winning last year's ATP Finals were deducted, slipping him down in the rankings behind his great rival, whom he had recently overtaken.
    This year's ATP Finals, which have just started, will decide which of the two ends the year at the pinnacle of world tennis.
